Heraeus Electronics, part of Germany-based technology group Heraeus, manufactures products and materials for the electronics, consumer goods and automotive industries.
Heraeus Electronics says that the company is expanding its product portfolio and exploring new markets - including the microLED display market.
Heraeus Electronics produce line includes bonding wires and assembly materials for integrated circuit and mounting technologies and miniaturized electronics components such as thick film pastes, powders and conductive polymers. These are the areas that it is likely that Heraeus is looking into for the MicroLED Industry.
