Korea-based Seoul Viosys develops and producers LED of all wavelengths, and operates its own LED (and microLED) epiwafer foundry.
In collaboration with its sister-company Seoul Semiconductors, Seoul Viosys develoopes its WICOP mp MicroPixel technology, which is an RGB microLED vertical pixel. The company demonstrated several prototypes and published a roadmap in May 2023. The company is mostly targeting the signage market.
